The weather has been fantastic this summer. At last we can busk in the sun and really enjoy the
picturesque coast of England. If you are planning to spend the summer close to your home or just want to escape the city for a weekend definitely is worth to check
Telegraph’s list of the Britain's 20 best beaches here.
We live in
London so this time for our 1-day beach trip we went to the Botany Bay located in Broadstairs,
Kent. We also highly recommend the
Camber Sands, a sandy beach by the village of Camber (near Rye), East Sussex.
After
spending fun day at the beach and quick dinner at the Captain Digby we took a short walk along the Kingsgate Bay located also in Broadstairs. 150 meters of
golden sand backed by white cliffs and caves with chalk stacks. The
Beach is overlooked by Kingsgate Castle, built in the 1760's for Lord Holland.
As a child
and family photographer you know that I always take my camera with me. It was getting dark, so the quality is not perfect but this is a
lovely story of how my daughter Hanna enjoyed the beach. To all
animal lovers – we love animals too. Hanna was very gentle with the starfishes; she wanted
to create home for them and put all of them in one place so they would not feel
lonelyJ.
I hope you
will enjoy this collection of photographs capturing my daughter’s childhood
memories.
